Join us for a short lunch break art meditation. This brief window will allow us to prayerfully meditate (with facilitation) around a piece of art as we allow God to inspire our hearts and imaginations through sacred visuals. Visio Divina is the practice of "Divine Seeing." A sister to Lectio Divina (Diving Reading), Visio Divina allows us to see with a different part of ourselves, often illuminating truths we might otherwise miss. This prayer practice will best be enjoyed in a place free from distraction.

Leader: Lisa Shirk is a creative consultant, entrepreneur, and artist. She’s interested in unmasking purpose and beauty within a creative framework through personal development workshops and artistic facilitations. Some favorite mediums include pen and pencil drawings, watercolor and gold-leaf mixed media works with a subject focus on semi-abstract portraits and landscapes.
